Franchise Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at EuroKids Preschools, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the company's presence in the assigned territory through new channel appointments and operationalization of partner centers. You will achieve high-quality sign-ups by aggressively pursuing leads provided by the central team and proactively identifying and converting new leads through effective sales pitches. Key Responsibilities: - Chase leads provided by the central team and convert them into successful sign-ups. - Identify new leads independently and convert them through high-quality sales pitches. - Ensure efficient operationalization and handover by achieving timely operationalization, meeting revenue targets, maintaining excellence in the transition process, guiding prospective channel partners in property selection, collecting franchise fees on time, billing necessary furniture and equipment, providing franchise manuals and essentials for fit-out readiness, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for partner support until inauguration. - Run pre-launch marketing initiatives by coordinating with the Marketing Team to identify suitable areas and tools for visibility and lead generation, and ensuring that POP materials are in place as per discussions. Qualification Required: - MBA/ Graduate with 5-8 years of experience in franchise acquisition and deal making.
