We are seeking a Sales Trainer with a strong background in core sales who has transitioned into a training role. The ideal candidate brings hands-on sales experience and a passion for enabling high-performance sales teams through structured training programs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver effective sales training modules
  • Conduct on-the-job training, role-plays, and live coaching to strengthen selling skills
  • Shadow sales reps and provide real-time feedback and improvement plans
  • Offer ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and skill gap analysis
  • Align training content with business goals and current market dynamics
  • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive sales effectiveness
  • Track training effectiveness and report on key sales performance metrics


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • MBA with 8-12 years of experience in Sales and Sales Training
  • Willing to travel extensively across regions
  • Preferably experienced in franchise sales or concept/enterprise-level selling
  • Strong background in developing training content, on-the-job coaching and hands-on training
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging training programs
