Job Description

As a Franchise Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify and onboard potential franchisees to expand the organization's footprint. You will be developing and implementing effective franchise sales strategies to achieve growth targets. Generating leads through networking, industry events, and marketing initiatives will be crucial in this role. Market research will be a key aspect of your responsibilities to identify new opportunities for franchise expansion. You will be expected to deliver compelling presentations to potential franchisees, showcasing the benefits of partnering with us, leveraging your demonstrated history of working in the facilities services industry. Negotiating terms and conditions of franchise agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be preparing and presenting regular reports on franchise sales performance and pipeline status. This position will require extensive travel across India, where you will be engaging with franchise partners and ensuring compliance with company standards. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule. The work location will be in person.,
