Job Description

Strategic Business Partnering
- Collaborate with business unit and finance leaders to assess risks, identify opportunities, and align financial goals.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decisions.
Financial Reporting & Forecasting
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
- Drive rolling forecasts and scenario planning to adapt to dynamic market conditions.
- Perform variance analysis across actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
Data-Driven Analysis
- Leverage advanced analytics and financial modeling to evaluate operational and commercial performance.
- Use predictive tools to anticipate trends and guide proactive decision-making.
Process Optimization
- Champion automation and dashboarding tools to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes and reporting frameworks.
Leadership & Team Development
- Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Ad Hoc Support
- Deliver financial insights to support leadership decisions, business reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Assist leadership with quick-turn analyses, data requests, and executive-ready materials as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:
CA/CWA/CIMA/ACCA or MBA in Finance/M.Com
Experience:
12+ years total experience, with 4+ years in FP&A or related roles. Experience in outsourcing or professional services is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Workday, Adaptive Insights, and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with AI-driven forecasting and scenario modeling tools is advantageous
Core Competencies:
- Strong financial acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
