1.Strong knowledge in Casting/Machining and Special process like Painting/Metalizing

2.Working experience in Inprocess/Final/Supplier quality Min 3 Years Exp/Each

3.Min 3 Years experience on handling customer

4.Well skilled on Problem solving tools

6.Very strong on MSA/SPC/PPAP tools

7.Konwledge on handling or working experience in projects (APQP/PPAP)

8.Certified IATF Internal Auditor

9.Well knowledge on management tool

10.Good communication and Management skill.

 

Basic Qualification : B.E.,(Mech)

 

Expected Total Experience: Min 15 Years

CTC 20 LPA

 

Customer Handling Expectation: Last 10 Years Handled Automotive customer is Mandatory


2) Production Operation Manager Foundry


Job Role: Foundry & Machine Shop Operations Coordinator

Location: Coimbatore

Department: Operation / Production Coordinator

Reports To: CEO


Job Summary:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day operations in both foundry and machine shop.

• Ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet monthly sales targets approx. INR 100Crs and customer deadlines.

• Identify and resolve production or process bottlenecks quickly and efficiently. Internal Coordination:

• Liaise with planning, production, quality, stores, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders. • Communicate regularly with the sales team to understand order priorities and delivery commitments. Sales Delivery Execution:

• Track customer order status from casting through machining to dispatch.

• Maintain a production-delivery calendar to align shop floor output with customer schedules.

• Proactively address delays or quality issues to avoid impact on delivery timelines. Revenue & Target Management:

• Work closely with the Finance & Sales team to align operational output with monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

• Monitor progress toward order fulfilment to ensure billing and dispatch align with sales targets.

• Drive adherence to delivery schedules to avoid penalties or customer dissatisfaction. Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure cast and machined components meet quality standards and customer specifications.

• Facilitate quick resolution of internal or customer quality issues in coordination with the quality department. Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare and present daily/weekly reports on production progress, delivery status, and variance analysis

. • Maintain order tracking dashboards and update stakeholders proactively. Key Requirements:

• Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.

• Experience: 10-15 years of experience in foundry and machine shop operations with exposure to customer delivery coordination and production planning.

• Technical Skills: o Solid understanding of casting processes (green sand) o Familiarity with machining operations (CNC/VMC, turning, milling) o Exposure to quality systems and dimensional inspection methods o ERP/MRP systems proficiency (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
