Founding Test Automation Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright
• Build and scale E2E, API (frontend/backend), unit, and UI tests for full coverage
• Create and automate evaluation suites (evals) for AI-powered features to test accuracy and reliability
• Drive the automation strategy, ensuring full coverage and seamless CI/CD integration
• Leverage AI tools to automate test generation and improve efficiency
• Continuously improve our automation framework and testing best practices
• Work closely with developers and product managers to identify and squash bugs fast
• Clearly report issues and own them through resolution
  

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in frontend engineering or QA roles
• Strong, hands-on experience with Playwright (this is a must)
• Deep knowledge of E2E, API, UI, and unit testing methodologies
• Proficiency with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs
• Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines
• A sharp eye for edge cases and great debugging skills
• Passion for exploring and using AI tools in QA processes
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
