Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Secure new

    direct clients, MSPs, and vendor partners

    in the U.S. IT staffing space.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, proposals, and presentations to win new business.
  • Account Management & Delivery

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring successful engagement and high satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to deliver multiple

    placements per month

    and scale up as business grows.
  • Company Building

  • Help establish

    sales processes, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics

    .
  • Contribute to

    branding, market positioning, and client engagement strategies

    .
  • Mentor junior team members as the company expands.
  • Performance & Targets

  • Drive consistent revenue growth by hitting placement and billing goals.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports to management on pipeline and results.

  • Qualifications

    • 10+ years of proven experience

      in IT staffing (business development, account management, or client acquisition).
    • Established network of

      direct client and vendor relationships

      in the U.S. market.
    • Experience in

      startup or early-stage staffing firms

      is highly desirable.
    • Strong knowledge of

      C2C, W2, and H-1B models

      and U.S. staffing compliance.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset:

      self-starter who can build and execute

      with minimal direction.
    • Excellent

      communication, negotiation, and closing skills

      .

    Compensation & Terms

    • Salary Range:

      ₹15,00,000 – ₹25,00,000 per annum

      (based on experience and network).
    • Performance Review:

      Quarterly

      (must meet placement quotas to continue engagement).
    • Termination Clause: Engagement may be ended if agreed targets are not met.
    • Growth Path

      : Exceptional performance may lead to leadership opportunities as the company scales.
