Placify LLC is a newly established IT staffing firm, and we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Manager to play a foundational role in building and scaling our business. This is not a typical account management role – you will be responsible for driving client acquisition, establishing delivery processes, and ensuring consultant placements month over month . You will directly impact the company’s growth and future success. This role is best suited for someone with entrepreneurial drive who thrives in a startup environment . Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Acquisition Secure new direct clients, MSPs, and vendor partners in the U.S. IT staffing space. Develop go-to-market strategies, proposals, and presentations to win new business. Account Management & Delivery Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring successful engagement and high satisfaction. Collaborate with recruiters to deliver multiple placements per month and scale up as business grows. Company Building Help establish sales processes, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics . Contribute to branding, market positioning, and client engagement strategies . Mentor junior team members as the company expands. Performance & Targets Drive consistent revenue growth by hitting placement and billing goals. Provide weekly/monthly reports to management on pipeline and results. Qualifications 10+ years of proven experience in IT staffing (business development, account management, or client acquisition). Established network of direct client and vendor relationships in the U.S. market. Experience in startup or early-stage staffing firms is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of C2C, W2, and H-1B models and U.S. staffing compliance. Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter who can build and execute with minimal direction. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills . Compensation & Terms Salary Range: ₹15,00,000 – ₹25,00,000 per annum (based on experience and network). Performance Review: Quarterly (must meet placement quotas to continue engagement). Termination Clause: Engagement may be ended if agreed targets are not met.
