We are building an AI-powered platform to streamline sourcing, training, placement, and partner coordination across India and Europe.

Role Description

The role is ideal for someone who:

• Thrives in ambiguity
• Likes owning problems end-to-end
• Is equally comfortable talking to partners, analysing data, and setting up systems

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute high-impact projects across sales, operations, partnerships, and growth
• Comfortable working with AI to build internal tools, dashboards and automations
• Break down ambiguous problems into clear action plans and timelines
• Track outcomes, not just activity, and report progress directly to founders

Who we're looking for?

Required

• 0–2 years of experience
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments
• Strong ownership mindset with bias toward execution
• Clear communication and structured thinking
• Willingness to work across sales, ops, and problem-solving roles
• Based in or willing to work from

  Mumbai / Pune

Preferred

• Prior experience in a Founder's Office or early-stage startup
• Has built something independently (startup, side hustle, college venture, community, project)
• Comfort using AI tools, automation, and data to solve problems
• Background or exposure to sales, operations, or partnerships
