Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Healthcare Recruiter with work-from-home flexibility. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals. The recruiter will also manage the recruitment process by collaborating with clients and candidates, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting
• Strong Hiring and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is advantageous
