As an AI-Enabled Digital Community Manager for the Nursing Community at Taldo, you will play a crucial role in creating and nurturing an active and supportive online community for nurses. Your main focus will be on building engagement, fostering connections, and utilizing AI tools to enhance content creation and community growth. Your primary mission will be to develop a vibrant and interactive space on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram where nurses can connect, share experiences, learn from each other, and find inspiration. To achieve this, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a content calendar that keeps the nurse community engaged and excited. Utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva Magic Studio, you will brainstorm and create engaging posts, reels, polls, and stories to captivate the audience. Additionally, you will actively engage with community members by responding to comments, direct messages, and initiating meaningful conversations to strengthen relationships within the community. Your role will also involve conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns and challenges to drive community engagement and growth. By tracking key community health metrics like growth, engagement, and retention, you will be able to identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to enhance the overall community experience. To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook, a keen interest in AI technology, and a passion for leveraging innovative tools to enhance your work. Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and digital storytelling are essential, along with a proactive and self-driven approach to initiatives. If you have prior experience in community building or social media management, it would be considered a bonus.
