What You'll Do:

Your responsibilities will span across multiple functions, including but not limited to:

Product & Strategy:

• Support product discovery, user research, and feedback analysis
• Assist in feature planning, PRDs, and rollout coordination
• Track experiments, launches, and post-launch outcomes

Growth & Marketing:

• Work on growth experiments across content, partnerships, and outbound efforts
• Support inbound and outbound funnel improvements
• Help convert organic traction into structured growth initiatives

Partnerships and Business:

• Assist in identifying and managing B2B partnerships
• Support outreach, pilots, and coordination with partners
• Help founders with GTM planning and opportunity evaluation

People & Operations:

• Support hiring initiatives, screening, and employer branding
• Help build internal processes, documentation, and workflows
• Assist in culture, performance, and people operations initiatives

Founder Support:

• Prepare research, decks, and data for decision-making
• Help prioritise initiatives and track execution
• Act as a connector across teams to ensure alignment

What We're Looking For:

• 2–6 years of experience in startups, consulting, product, operations, growth, HR, or founder’s office roles
• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills
• Ability to switch contexts quickly and prioritise effectively
• Clear written and verbal communication
• High ownership mindset and willingness to learn on the job

Bonus (Not Mandatory):

• Exposure to early-stage startups
• Experience working closely with founders or leadership
• Familiarity with tech, SaaS, or AI-driven businesses
