Role Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber professional with CFA Level III to work closely with the Founder as a strategic right hand. This role blends executive assistance, financial analysis, strategic planning, and decision support. The candidate will be part of the Founder’s Office, participating in financial reviews, business decisions, and long-term planning—not a traditional admin role.

Key Responsibilities

Founder & Executive Support

• Act as a strategic partner to the Founder in day-to-day decision-making

• Prepare briefs, dashboards, and summaries for meetings and reviews

• Manage priorities, follow-ups, and critical action items

Finance & Strategy

• Track financial performance (P&L, cash flows, budgets, margins)

• Support pricing, costing, and profitability analysis

• Assist in financial modelling, forecasts, and scenario analysis

• Review contracts, proposals, and financial implications of decisions

• Coordinate with CAs, auditors, bankers, and consultants

Business & Operations Insight

• Help structure processes, MIS, and reporting systems

• Analyze vendor costs, project economics, and ROI

• Support fundraising, banking discussions, and investor materials (if required)

Communication & Coordination

• Interface between Founder and internal teams

• Prepare professional presentations and reports

• Ensure alignment between strategy, finance, and execution

Required Qualifications & Skills

• CFA Level III cleared (mandatory)

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, PE/IB support, or Founder’s Office

• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and corporate finance

• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• High discretion, ownership mindset, and problem-solving ability
