What You’ll Actually Do

• Work directly with the COO on key business priorities: GTM, partnerships, marketing strategy, or operational initiatives.
• Identify inefficiencies or missed opportunities and turn them into structured, measurable solutions.
• Drive cross-team alignment across growth, delivery, and marketing functions.
• Leverage

  AI tools and automation workflows

  to create speed and efficiency across projects.
• Research emerging trends in

  MarTech, CRM, and digital marketing

  to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare dashboards, briefs, and decision-support documents for leadership.
• Take ownership of special projects — whether it’s launching a new initiative, improving internal ops, or exploring new markets.
