Founder's Office Role

Anyway AI is looking for a dynamic and versatile team member to join our Founders Office, a key role that partners with the founders on strategic projects and operational execution as we build the future of synthetic data.

This role works hand-in-hand with the founders, supporting a variety of critical initiatives across strategy, growth, product, and operations. It requires agility, strategic thinking, and a bias for action to help the company scale quickly and efficiently.

• Collaborate closely with the founders to execute high-priority projects and business plans
• Manage internal communications, reporting, and data analysis to support decision-making
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and product roadmaps
• Coordinate cross-team initiatives ensuring alignment and momentum across functions
• Drive key business development initiatives including opportunity identification, partnership cultivation, and expanding our network to accelerate company growth.
• Act as a strategic partner to identify opportunities and solve blockers for the leadership team
• Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and accountability within the organization

• One to five years of relevant experience, preferably in startups, consulting, or operational roles
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
• High level of ownership, initiative, and attention to detail
