Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a position in the Founder's Office. This role is an extension of what a founder, at an early stage startup does on a day to day basis. The individual will assist the founder in various tasks including PnL accounting, MIS preparation, business development , hiring etc. The role involves conducting market research, preparing reports, coordinating with different departments, and supporting critical business decisions. The candidate will also handle scheduling, meeting preparations, and minute-taking, ensuring smooth operational flow within the organisation.
