Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Founder's Office Role. The role involves supporting the founder in day-to-day tasks, including business strategy development, project management, and coordination with different departments. The individual will also assist in end to end podcast and social media content management including shooting and co-ordinating with agencies for excellence. Role Requisites 1. Traveling for meetings, IPOs, and podcasts globally. 2. Coordinating with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations. 3. Participating in strategic brainstorming sessions with clients, the Digital team, and the social media team. 4. Assisting in digital processes, including recording videos and podcasts, and coordinating with teams and agencies for editing and posting. 5. Managing podcast and social media content. 6. Engaging in client mentoring and following up for implementation checks. 7. Contributing to client strategic roadmaps, brand building advisory, and valuation advisory.
