Role Overview

We re looking for a dynamic individual to join the

Founder s Office

, working directly with the founders on high-impact business initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a

product management background

who wants to transition into

business strategy, growth, and execution

. You ll act as a problem-solver, operator, and project owner across multiple verticals shaping decisions that directly impact SuperK s growth journey.

What You ll Do

Work closely with the founder to
drive strategic initiatives
across retail, e-commerce, supply chain, and membership programs.
Own
end-to-end problem statements
from framing opportunities to executing pilots and scaling solutions.
Utilize your product mindset to bring
structured thinking
and
data-driven decision-making
to complex business problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, ops, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of key projects.
Build dashboards, frameworks, and playbooks for business operations and strategic priorities.
Represent the Founder s Office in internal and external stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment and timely follow-ups.

What We re Looking For

2 years of
Product Management experience
(or equivalent role with product exposure).
Strong problem-solving ability with comfort in
ambiguity and fast-paced environments
.
Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret business metrics and translate them into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Eagerness to
transition into a broader business role
while leveraging product experience.
Hustler mindset, willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
