Our client is a technology company specializing in advanced electric vehicle (EV) solutions and smart energy systems. They focus on developing innovative products such as battery management systems, motor controllers, and telematics to enhance EV efficiency, safety, and performance while promoting the adoption of clean energy solutions. We are currently looking for a dynamic Founders Office Associate to collaborate closely with the CEO on strategic projects, business operations, and high-priority initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess 2-4 years of experience in consulting or operations, preferably from a top consulting firm, with exposure to OEMs. A B.Tech degree in Electrical or Computer Science is a requirement for this role. Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, leadership skills, and the capacity to manage multiple high-impact projects are essential. Success in this fast-paced environment hinges on excellent communication, stakeholder management, and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset. Key Areas of Responsibility: - Project & Strategy Execution: Lead critical projects across business functions to ensure alignment with organizational goals. - CEO Support: Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing data-driven insights, reports, and recommendations. - Business Analysis & Decision-Making: Conduct research, analyze data, and generate reports to support high-level decision-making. - Stakeholder & Partner Management: Collaborate with OEMs, consultants, investors, and internal teams to drive business objectives. - Operations & Process Optimization: Enhance workflows, processes, and execution strategies for increased efficiency and scalability. - Investor & Board Engagement: Aid in preparing business presentations, investor decks, and strategic documents. Qualifications: - B.Tech in Electrical or Computer Science from a Tier 1 College (IITs, NITs, BITS, etc.). - 2-4 years of experience in consulting firms with OEM exposure. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, data analytics, and financial modeling. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities. - Ability to thrive in a high-paced, ambiguous startup environment.,
