What You’ll Be Doing:

• Internal & External Communications

  : Drafting emails, preparing updates, writing reports, and supporting outreach to stakeholders and partners

• Research & Documentation

  : Exploring funding opportunities, collecting best practices, doing case study write-ups, or drafting grant materials

• Operational Support

  : Coordinating meetings, keeping track of tasks and timelines, documenting team discussions

• Program Support

  : Helping with light project management across different workstreams like curriculum development, social media, or hiring

• Thinking Partner

  : Brainstorming new ideas, reviewing plans, and acting as a sounding board

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent written and verbal communication (English)

• Strong research skills and comfort with online tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, etc.)

• A deep sense of responsibility, self-drive, and ability to work independently

• Prior experience in social impact / education / research / comms preferred

• Compassionate, feminist worldview; values integrity and inclusivity
