3. Role Overview

The Founder’s Office Intern acts as the right hand to the Founder & CEO, supporting strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, market research, investor communications, and operational decision-making. This role provides a 360° exposure to startup operations and leadership functioning—ideal for those who aspire to understand how a tech startup scales from 0 to 1.

4. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the founder on strategic, operational, and financial initiatives.
• Conduct research on markets, competitors, and potential partners or investors.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external communication.
• Track the progress of various departments (Tech, HR, Marketing, BD) and prepare consolidated updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of key objectives.
• Support recruitment drives, internship onboarding, and performance tracking processes.
• Assist in brand, product, and community growth initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism.
• Help in process documentation and SOP creation across business verticals.
• Draft communications, proposals, and strategic notes for founder-led meetings.

5. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office tools.
• Prior experience or interest in startups, business strategy, management consulting, or SaaS is a plus.
