Founder's Office Intern

Duration: 3 to 6 months

Position Summary:
We are seeking a smart, motivated, and detail-oriented Founder’s Office Intern to support strategic planning, operations, and execution across the company. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders, gain exposure to high-impact projects, and contribute to decision-making at the highest level.
You’ll work on real business challenges, helping the company drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
● Assist the Founders in research, presentations, and project execution● Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, marketing, operations, and tech● Support in tracking key KPIs, preparing performance dashboards, and business reports● Conduct competitive research, benchmarking, and market analysis● Analyze business data and generate insights● Participate in brainstorming, business reviews, and leadership meetings as needed● Handle follow-ups, minutes of meetings, and strategic communications● Ensure timely execution of action items and alignment across teams

Skills and Qualifications:
● Currently pursuing or recently completed a masters degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field● Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills● High proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, etc.)
● Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis (not mandatory)
● Proficiency in MS Office● Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously● High level of ownership, initiative, and a go-getter attitude● Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Skills:
● Prior internship experience in consulting, startups, or business strategy roles● Familiarity with startup culture and digital businesses● Interest in consumer internet, marketplaces, or wellness industries

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
