Role Summary

We are hiring a highly driven individual to work directly with the founder on strategic execution across product, research, and business workflows. This role requires strong analytical thinking, structured documentation skills, and the ability to drive progress across multiple parallel projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Execution Support

• Convert goals into structured execution plans with timelines
• Track deliverables across product, research, and business verticals
• Maintain program dashboards and surface blockers proactively

2. Research & Knowledge Management

• Map scientific literature, clinical guidelines, datasets, and insights
• Build structured repositories to support product & clinical workflows
• Assist in preparing evidence-backed decision documents

3. Market & Competitive Landscape

• Conduct research on healthcare AI, pharma, diagnostics, and ecosystems
• Analyse products, partnerships, GTM strategies, and pricing models
• Prepare concise intelligence summaries for strategic decisions

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Liaise with engineering, clinical teams, and external partners
• Enable smooth project handovers and execution alignment

5. Communication & Documentation

• Draft internal memos, investor briefs, presentations, and synthesis notes
• Translate raw research into structured, decision-ready content

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and structured writing ability
• High ownership and ability to handle multiple streams simultaneously
• Comfort working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Interest in healthcare, AI, biology, or research-driven domains

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Experience with Notion / Trello / ClickUp / Google Workspace
• Background in consulting, product, research, or analytics
• Prior exposure to scientific or technical documentation
