Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intern in the Founder's Office located in Noida. The Intern will play a dynamic role, assisting in daily strategy development, research, and operational tasks. Responsibilities would include managing external communication channels, interaction and management of the team, coordinating with CA/accountants, and managing compliance-related tasks. Responsibilities will also include supporting decision-making processes, coordinating special projects, and handling cross-functional communication. The individual will gain insights into high-level business operations while contributing across functions to support the goals of the Founder and the organisation.

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, self-starter and an initiative taker
• Proficiency in presentation, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and meet deadlines
• Interest in learning tasks normally faced by a Startup founder
• Interest or experience in business operations, strategy, or management functions
• Proficiency in relevant tools like Excel, PowerPoint, or project management software is preferred
• Self-motivated, with a proactive and collaborative approach
• Pursuing or having completed a degree in relevant fields
• Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
