Two years ago, with a small team from Indore, we launched our game-changing self-watering planters. We believed then, as we do now, that home decor should be both beautiful and hassle-free.


Our self-watering plants with planters were an instant hit. Customers loved the idea of watering their plants just once a week. It's made plant parenting a breeze. And with their continued support, we've become known for delivering top-notch products that combine style and function seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities


Operational Coordination


Coordinate with various departments such as marketing, operations, customer support, and product teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.


Follow up on daily tasks, pending items, and cross-functional updates on behalf of the founder.


Track project progress and maintain repports.


Process & Execution


Help streamline workflows, SOPs, and internal processes to improve efficiency.


Assist in quality checks, and customer experience analysis.


Support in creating documentation, process notes, and performance logs.


Administrative Support


Manage the founder’s daily agenda, meeting notes, follow-up items, and reminders.


Organize calendars, schedules, and communication for smoother coordination.


Handle key emails, summaries, and communication drafts when required.


Special Projects


Work on high-priority or experimental assignments initiated directly by the founder.


Support new launches, marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, or initiatives.


Key Requirements


Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Management, or relevant fields preferred).


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.


Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.


Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.


Strong desire to learn and contribute in a fast-paced start-up environment.


Interest in e-commerce, D2C brands, start-ups, or business strategy is a strong plus.
