Responsibilities of the Intern:

• Strategic Projects: Drive high-impact cross-functional initiatives across product, marketing, partnerships, and operations.
• Product Alignment: Work closely with product and tech teams to translate user insights and business goals into clear product outcomes.
• Market & Competitive Research: Analyze the eCommerce SaaS ecosystem, identify emerging opportunities, and support the Founder with insights.
• Investor & Stakeholder Support: Prepare investor updates, pitch decks, and performance reports.
• OKR & Execution Tracking: Ensure all teams stay aligned with company objectives and timelines.
• Content & Communication: Draft strategy notes, internal updates, and thought leadership content for the Founder.
• Ops Enablement: Solve day-to-day operational bottlenecks and build processes to scale efficiently.
• Special Projects: Take ownership of zero-to-one initiatives whether it's launching a new module, exploring partnerships, or piloting go-to-market experiments.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills able to break down complex problems into structured insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in tools like Notion, Airtable, Excel/Sheets, and project management systems.
• Understanding of SaaS or eCommerce ecosystem is a big plus.
• Self-starter mindset: proactive, resourceful, and execution-oriented.
• Ability to work directly with leadership and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
