Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Associate - Founder's Office. The role is based in the The Associate will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives, conducting research, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves managing special projects, analyzing data, and assisting in decision-making processes. The Associate will work closely with the founders to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive insights.
• Drive outreach and relationship-building with partners, hospitals, and diagnostic chains.
• Support sales operations, including pipeline tracking and process optimization.
• Coordinate AI operations, including data management and project execution.
• Assist in cross-functional projects that require quick problem-solving and execution

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in project management and coordination
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
