Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager – Sales to lead our go-to-market strategy for AI-powered X-ray software, targeting Indian X-ray machine OEMs and manufacturers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in medical device or healthcare software sales, strong relationships at leadership levels within X-ray OEMs, and a deep understanding of the diagnostic imaging landscape. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and positioning our AI solution as the preferred choice for OEM integration and distribution Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to position and sell our AI X-ray software to Indian X-ray OEMs and manufacturers, with a focus on companies producing chest X-ray systems. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors) at target OEMs such as Star Nuke, AMRAD Medical Systems, Unique International, Vision X-Ray, Newlife Medical Systems, and Epsilon Medical Devices. Lead the end-to-end enterprise sales process: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing large-scale B2B deals Collaborate cross-functionally with product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure solution alignment and successful delivery Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales tactics and product positioning Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and business cases to senior management Recruit, mentor and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance, target-driven culture Required Qualifications & Experience Masters/ bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred 5 to 10 years of sales experience in medical devices, imaging equipment, or healthcare software, with at least 2 to 5 years in a senior leadership role Demonstrated success in selling to or partnering with X-ray OEMs, preferably with an established network among Indian diagnostic equipment manufacturers Proven track record of closing large, complex B2B deals and consistently achieving/exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in medical imaging and familiarity with clinical workflows, especially in radiology and chest X-ray diagnostics Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools Willingness to travel extensively within India. Preferred Attributes Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate with high autonomy in a growth-stage environment Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and integration challenges in the medical imaging domain Experience selling capital equipment, imaging systems, medical devices, equipment leasing firms, industrial automation/Mechatronics OEM sales or allied Healthtech SaaS is a strong plus Solid network within radiology equipment vendors, PACS/RIS providers , or diagnostic solution integrators A true closer: high energy, persuasive, and committed to building long-term relationships Must be scalable – capable of growing into a national sales leadership role Why Join Us? Role Description This is a full-time role for an Associate - Founder's Office. The role is based in the The Associate will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives, conducting research, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves managing special projects, analyzing data, and assisting in decision-making processes. The Associate will work closely with the founders to drive business growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive insights. Drive outreach and relationship-building with partners, hospitals, and diagnostic chains. Support sales operations, including pipeline tracking and process optimization. Coordinate AI operations, including data management and project execution.
