R&D Food Technologist

Key Responsibilities:

• New Product Formulation:

  Design and develop proprietary nutraceutical recipes aligned with Anarvah’s brand, efficacy, and compliance

• Workflow Development:

  Design, develop, and deploy process automations across functions like CRM, procurement, hiring, etc.

• Product Backlog Management:

  Maintain and balance a live product backlog with 70% core and 30% seasonal/trending SKUs

• Compliance Integration:

  Ensure every new formulation complies with existing FSSAI, AYUSH, or nutraceutical regulations 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Liaise with digital marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams for demand trend validation and alignment

• Patent Qualification (Optional):

  Identify high-impact products and coordinate with legal/regulatory for patent application if needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology or related fields.
• 2–5 years’ experience in R&D or product formulation in nutraceuticals, functional foods, or herbal/Ayurvedic segment.
• Understanding of FSSAI, WHO-GMP, and functional ingredient interactions.
• Experience working with lab partners or contract manufacturers preferred.
• Knowledge of stability testing protocols and analytical methods.
