Description
As a Food Safety Compliance Officer, your role involves ensuring compliance with FSSAI regulations and food safety laws. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining HACCP, GMP, and GHP standards to uphold food safety practices - Conducting regular internal food safety audits to identify areas of improvement - Ensuring proper hygiene, sanitation, and pest control practices are followed at all times - Monitoring food handling, storage, and temperature control to prevent contamination - Verifying the quality of raw materials and ensuring they are sourced from approved vendors - Maintaining all food safety documents, records, and licenses to meet regulatory requirements - Handling customer complaints related to food quality and safety promptly and effectively - Training staff on food safety practices, hygiene standards, and compliance with SOPs - Ensuring proper labeling, packaging, and traceability of food products - Coordinating with authorities during inspections and audits to demonstrate compliance - Identifying risks and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to mitigate them - Ensuring compliance with company SOPs and statutory norms to maintain a safe working environment Additionally, the job type for this position is full-time, and the work location is in person.
