Food Safety Supervisor

As a Kitchen Staff Supervisor, your role involves monitoring and supervising kitchen staff operations to ensure efficiency, discipline, and smooth execution. You will be responsible for inspecting kitchen and hygiene areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance. Additionally, your duties will include ensuring adherence to food hygiene protocols and standard operating procedures. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collecting food samples on every 4th day and coordinating dispatch to a nearby accredited laboratory - Maintaining and updating checklist compliance records using Vardan Envirolab Inspection App - Recording and managing checklist data via a digital checklist system - Tracking audit outcomes, hygiene reports, and sample logs through the inspection platform - Generating daily and periodic compliance reports for the management team - Reporting and escalating non-compliance or quality issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented - Conducting hygiene awareness and SOP training, ensuring application-based data accuracy Qualifications required for this position: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of food hygiene protocols and standard operating procedures - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills The company offers benefits such as a flexible schedule, health insurance, and paid sick time.
