· Monitor and supervise kitchen staff operations to ensure efficiency, discipline, and smooth execution.
· Inspect kitchen and hygiene areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
· Ensure adherence to food hygiene protocols and standard operating procedures.
· Collect food samples on every 4th days and coordinate dispatch to a nearby accredited laboratory.
· Maintain and update checklist compliance records using Vardan Envirolab Inspection App.
· Record and manage checklist data via digital checklist system.
· Track audit outcomes, hygiene reports, and sample logs through the inspection platform.
· Generate daily and periodic compliance reports for the management team.
· Report and escalate non-compliance or quality issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
Conduct hygiene awareness and SOP training, ensuring application-based data accuracy
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
