Job Description

Vardan Environet LLP is a leading environmental consulting organization based in IMT Manesar, Gurugram. We specialize in providing environmental consulting solutions for mining, infrastructure development and industrial projects and wide range of testing services such as environmental parameters, food & agriculture, drugs & pharmaceuticals, medical devices and footwear products.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and travel.
Serve as the primary point of contact between internal/external teams.
Conduct client onsite visits to understand workflows, project requirements, and expectations; communicate insights and guide internal teams accordingly.
Prepare presentations and for various projects
Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Attend and take minutes at key meetings, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up on action items.
Support project management tasks
Conduct research and compile information as needed for decision-making.
Liaise with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with
