Vardan Environet LLP is a leading environmental consulting organization based in IMT Manesar, Gurugram. We specialize in providing environmental consulting solutions for mining, infrastructure development and industrial projects and wide range of testing services such as environmental parameters, food & agriculture, drugs & pharmaceuticals, medical devices and footwear products.

Position: Customer Support Incharge

Experience: 3 to 7 years

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of tested food reports along with corresponding tax invoices.
2. Assign and manage field teams for food sample collection from customer locations.
3. Approach and engage with potential customers to promote food testing services.
4. Maintain accurate records of test reports, invoices, and payment statuses in Excel or other relevant software tools.
5. Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
6. Provide regular updates to management on operational activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications

BSc, MSc, B.Tech Biotechnology or related field.
