Food Safety Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Safety Auditor to join our dynamic team in the FMCG/Food Manufacturing industry.

● Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.

● Proven experience in food safety auditing within the FMCG/Food Manufacturing sector.

● Knowledge of relevant food safety regulations, standards, and industry best practices.

● Familiarity with quality assurance and control processes in food production.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

● Certification in Food Safety (e.g., HACCP, SQF, BRC) is preferred.

Responsibilities

● Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes, facilities, and documentation to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective food safety management systems.

● Identify potential hazards, risks, and deviations in food safety protocols and recommend corrective actions.

● Analyze data and trends related to food safety to provide insights for continuous improvement.

● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices.

● Create detailed audit reports and communicate findings to management and relevant stakeholders.

● Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to address and resolve food safety concerns.

● Develop and conduct training programs on food safety practices for employees at all

● levels.

● Participate in the development and implementation of food safety policies and procedures.
