Job Title : Food Safety Officer Department : Quality Control Location : Saudi Arabia Nationality Preferred : Indian Age Limit : Up to 35 years Vacancies : 1 Job Summary : We are seeking a qualified and experienced Food Safety Officer to join our quality control team. The ideal candidate will ensure food safety standards are met across all operations, with a strong background in catering or mass kitchen environments. The candidate must possess relevant certifications and have excellent communication skills in English. Key Responsibilities : Implement and maintain food safety systems in compliance with ISO 22000 and HACCP standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are upheld. Develop, review, and update food safety documentation, including policies, procedures, and records. Provide training and guidance to kitchen and service staff on food safety practices. Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and enforce corrective actions as needed. Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all legal food safety compliance requirements are met. Prepare and submit detailed reports on food safety performance and incidents. Qualifications & Requirements : Education : Degree or diploma in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field (preferred). Certifications : ISO 22000 (Mandatory) HACCP Certification (Mandatory) Experience : Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in catering or large-scale kitchen operations. Skills : Proficient in food safety documentation and regulatory compliance. Strong communication skills in English (speaking and writing). Attention to detail and a proactive approach to food safety management.
