Job Title: Pest Control Supervisor Location: Saudi Arabia Number of Positions: 4 Salary: SAR 1,800 – SAR 2,000 Contract Type: Full-time, 2-Year Contract Compensation & Benefits: Food: Included in salary Accommodation: Provided Transportation: Provided Health Insurance: Provided Air Tickets: Round-trip airfare provided upon completion of contract End of Service Benefits: As per labor law Job Summary: We are hiring experienced Pest Control Supervisors to oversee and manage pest control operations across various client sites in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of pest control methods, and the ability to manage a team of technicians while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day pest control operations and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks Inspect properties and facilities to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment plans Assign and monitor work for pest control technicians Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and chemical usage logs Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to pesticide handling and application Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to pest control staff Communicate with clients regarding services, complaints, and follow-up treatments Monitor inventory levels of chemicals and equipment and coordinate reordering as necessary Conduct periodic quality audits and inspections to ensure effectiveness of control measures Collaborate with management for continuous improvement of pest control strategies Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pest control, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role Knowledge of pest control chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures Ability to read and understand application instructions and safety data sheets (SDS) Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus) Valid pest control certification/license (preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
