Job Title : Permit Receiver Location : Saudi Arabia Vacancy : 1 Position Type : Full-Time Industry : [Oil & Gas / Construction / Industrial – specify if known] Job Summary : The Permit Receiver plays a vital role in ensuring that all work activities are carried out safely, in compliance with the Permit to Work (PTW) system, company safety policies, and local regulatory requirements. The Permit Receiver acts as a liaison between the worksite team and safety authorities, helping to manage and control high-risk activities through proper permitting procedures. Key Responsibilities : Obtain and manage work permits before the commencement of any job Verify that all safety precautions are in place prior to starting work Ensure all job-related documentation is complete and compliant with PTW requirements Communicate with site supervisors, safety officers, and other personnel to coordinate activities Maintain awareness of worksite hazards and ensure that control measures are implemented Monitor ongoing work to ensure it adheres to the scope and conditions of the approved permit Report unsafe conditions or violations to supervisors or safety personnel Ensure that work is stopped immediately if conditions become unsafe or non-compliant Qualifications & Requirements : Education : Minimum High School or Technical Diploma; relevant certifications are a plus Experience : Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role, especially in industrial or oil & gas environments Knowledge & Skills : In-depth understanding of Permit to Work systems Familiar with safety procedures and hazard control measures Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) Ability to work under pressure and in high-risk environments Good coordination and documentation skills Compensation & Benefits : Basic Salary : SAR 1,300 – 1,400 Overtime : Available (actual earnings may increase based on hours worked) Additional Benefits Provided by the Company : Free Food Free Accommodation Free Transportation Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Experience: Permit Receiver : 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
