Job Title : Cashier / Receptionist Location : Oman Nationality Preferred : Open (as per employer requirements) Language Requirement : Proficient in English Experience : Relevant experience required in a similar role Job Summary : We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Cashier / Receptionist to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling both front desk operations and financial transactions. Strong communication skills in English and a presentable personality are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities : Greet and assist clients and visitors in a polite and professional manner Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls as necessary Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately and efficiently Issue receipts, process refunds, and maintain transaction records Keep the front office area tidy and welcoming Provide administrative support and coordinate with internal departments Ensure accuracy in financial documentation and confidentiality of sensitive data Qualifications & Requirements : Education : Minimum High School or Diploma; higher qualifications preferred Experience : At least 1 years in a similar cashier/receptionist role Language : Fluent in English (spoken and written) Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Accuracy and attention to detail in handling transactions Well-groomed, courteous, and professional demeanor Compensation & Benefits : Salary : Competitive (to be discussed during interview) Benefits Provided by the Company : Free Food Free Accommodation Free Transportation Medical coverage as per Omani labor law Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Work Location: In person
