Job Summary:
Errox Private Limited is seeking an experienced Pest Control Supervisor to lead our site operations in Ghaziabad. The successful candidate will oversee pest control activities, supervise technicians, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and maintain high service quality across all assignments.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs (Key Result Areas):

• Team & Site Supervision – Supervise pest control technicians, assign work, monitor performance and attendance, ensure appropriate staff deployment.
• Service Execution & Quality Control – Oversee pest inspection, treatment, follow-up visits; ensure that all tasks meet company quality standards and client expectations.
• Safety, Compliance & Documentation – Ensure safe handling of pesticides, adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, maintain records of chemicals used, service reports and safety checklists.
• Customer Relationship & Feedback – Liaise with clients / site managers, address customer concerns, gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operational Efficiency & Cost Control – Monitor resource usage (chemicals, equipment), optimise scheduling/routing of technicians, suggest improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Reporting & Metrics – Provide weekly/monthly reports on service metrics (number of sites visited, treatments performed, outcomes, client feedback, compliance incidents), identify trend-areas (e.g., recurring infestations) and propose corrective actions.
• Training & Development – Conduct on-site training for technicians on latest pest control methods, safety protocols, and documentation practices; ensure technicians are up to date with certifications and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pest control operations, preferably in supervisory capacity.
• Good knowledge of pest management techniques, relevant chemicals, equipment and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to handle documentation, reporting and basic process improvements.
• Willingness to travel to field sites within and around Ghaziabad.
