Company Description

Natural Agro Foods, a division of the Natural Group of Companies, has 15 years of experience in the food processing industry. Located near Mahuva in Gujarat, one of the largest onion-growing regions in India, our unit specializes in dehydrated onions with a capacity of 15mt per day.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Safety Officer located in Mahuva. The Food Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety standards, conducting regular health and safety inspections, monitoring hygiene practices, and overseeing quality assurance processes. The role includes maintaining and updating food safety protocols, training staff on safety practices, and coordinating with regulatory bodies to ensure continuous compliance.

Qualifications

Health & Safety and Hygiene skills
Background in Food Technology and Food Safety
Experience in Quality Assurance
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and training skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Prior experience in the food processing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field
