Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Sales Manager to join our team at Taj Skyline Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage food and beverage sales operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize performance and improve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in food and beverage sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
