As our on-site Food & Beverage Manager, you will drive revenue growth and uphold world-class service standards across multiple outlets.Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic F&B plans to maximize revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction across all food outlets.
  • Oversee daily operations for restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis to drive cost control and optimal financial performance.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards, aligning with regulatory and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with culinary, events, and marketing teams to design innovative menus and promotional offerings.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field; 3+ years of experience in F&B management within a hotel or resort.
  • Must-Have: Proven track record in P&L management, budget planning, and revenue optimization.
  • Must-Have: Strong leadership skills with experience building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Must-Have: In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, menu engineering, and cost control techniques.
  • Preferred: Certification in Food Safety and hands-on experience with HACCP standards.
  • Preferred: Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software.
