Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Executive to join our team at JW Marriott. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in food and beverage operations.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to source fresh ingredients and materials.
  • Maintain inventory levels and control waste to minimize costs.
  • Develop menus and promotions to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Train staff on food safety protocols and proper customer service techniques.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall experience.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in food and beverage operations within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement.
