Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Food & Beverage Executive to join our team at Fairmont. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage food and beverage operations, including inventory management and stock control.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and quality assurance.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize menu offerings and pricing.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends, and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
