Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage food and beverage operations, including preparation, service, and inventory management.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving complaints.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
