Role Overview:

Food & Beverage Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily F&B operations across restaurant, café, and bar
• Lead, train & motivate the service team to deliver warm, personalized service
• Ensure seamless coordination with kitchen & front office for guest satisfaction
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and presentation
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Monitor inventory, assist in cost control & support menu innovations
• Uphold TPC’s philosophy of blending

  art, culture & hospitality

  in every experience

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of F&B experience in boutique hotels, resorts, or premium restaurants
• Strong leadership & people management skills
• Excellent communication & guest-handling skills
• Hands-on approach with attention to detail
• Passion for food, design, and hospitality-driven experiences
