We are looking for a motivated F&B Supervisor to oversee daily food & beverage operations, ensure service excellence, and maintain hygiene standards at the site.
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily F&B service operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance when required.
Ensure quality, hygiene, and safety standards are followed at all times.
Assist in managing buffet setup, service counters, and guest areas.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely delivery of food.
Address guest queries and ensure high service satisfaction.
Maintain records of consumption, breakages, and inventory.
Support in training new staff on service etiquette and SOPs.
