Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor, located in Ludhiana. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring effective service delivery and operational excellence. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, maintaining quality standards, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires collaborating with the management team to implement strategies for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, quality control, and inventory management
• Excellent leadership, team management, and conflict-resolution skills
• Effective communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and compliance requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food and beverage industry is preferable
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Hospitality management diploma or relevant certification is a plus
