Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service.
Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or similar role.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
